How to Make Hair Grow Faster
ÒEat Well
Eating a well balanced diet that is rich with vitamins and minerals will encourage the growth of healthy hair. While it is not necessary to take a multi-vitamin if you have a generally sensible diet, for those that find they don"t get enough healthy foods a once daily multi-vitamin will help to balance your system. Along those same lines be certain to get plenty of rest every day, which for most folks means seven to nine hours per night .

Don"t Overdo The ò€Do
Being gentle with your hair will prevent damage including split ends, breaks and tangles. Only use a brush on dry hair and on wet hair use a wide toothed comb.Ò Chemical treatments including coloring, relaxers and perms are also very harsh on the hair so try to keep those to a minimum. Needless to say, never engage in two chemical treatments at the same salon appointment and, ideally, space those appointments out by several months. As far as non-salon based services, strive to also limit the amount of time your hair has to endure a hair dryer, curling iron or hair straightener. In fact, designate one day per week as a "no style" day and allow your locks to rest. Remember, too, that a little product (e.g., shampoo, mousse, hairspray) is a good thing, but a lot is not.

Stress Free Zone
Anxiety and stress are normal components of life which can not be totally avoided. It is the way we react to stressors that will dictate how your hair responds. Take time to learn relaxation techniques such as yoga or meditation and your hair will thank you.
